<p>What is Inbound marketing and why is it better that Outbound marketing?</p>
<p> Inbound marketing changes how we communicate with our prospects. Instead of pushing a message out to as many people as we can afford (Outbound) &#8211; we use online tools to position our businesses to be found by prospects using SEO (Search Engine Optimization), blogs and social media.  </p>

<p> Outbound marketing is becoming less effective because people are tired of receiving so much advertising. It is much easier for a person to go online and research a product, service or company: and acquire the information they need. Frankly, consumers no longer believe the advertisements they receive.</p>
<p> Smart businesses are found because they take the time to educate prospects on making an informed buying decision, this builds know, like and trust for the company and the prospect rewards them with their business. </td>

<p style="text-align: left;">Those of us in the fields of marketing and advertising are intuitively aware of the contagious effect positive energy has on the outcomes of our work.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">A positive attitude seems to come naturally to the successful people in our industry.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The successful marketers tend to find better clients, produce stronger ad campaigns and land larger paying projects.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Why? Well it is because their positive energy attracts others; &#8220;like attracts like&#8221;. Positive people develop confidence and they begin to expect things to go their way; and they usually do.  They have a healthy confidence because they learn how to control their outcomes through their positive thoughts.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">When we apply this perspective to marketing and advertising it is no different:</p>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>As a marketer, if we believe we can find the ideal target market for a customer, we will. If we believe we can create the best message to reach an ideal target market we can! Those business owners, who are looking for an ideal target market and a strong message, will find us!</li>
<li>If we are confident we can develop an ad campaign that will increase sales &#8211; we will and we&#8217;ll attract those company&#8217;s interested in developing a strong ad campaign.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: left;">We become what we think about. If we think positively, more positive things will happen to us. In the fields or marketing and advertising are job is to increase our customer&#8217;s sales and that is why you find so much positive energy.</p>

<p>The list goes on and   on&#8230; Be on the lookout for these treasures and file them away for the right   occasion.</p>
<p>Then spend a little   time helping them understand what you have giving them and pepper in your   expertise.</p>
<p>They will certainly   want to return the favor.  It may come in the form of hiring you for   work or a raving referral to an ideal prospect. This good deed works   especially well with people who influence your ideal customer.</p>
<p>When we help people   it builds trust quickly and creates a story for people to talk about you.</p>

<p><strong>Marketing is a continuous evolving organism. It changes as we change, to reflect culture shifts, advancements in technology and the delivery of new products and services to the market.</strong></p>
<p>As we begin to use the other 89% of our brain, marketing will shift dramatically. Some of the recent seismic activity is starting to become prevalent with inbound marketing.  Buyers in search of product information are tired of being pushed advertising by thirsty corporate money makers. They rather, delight in the content rich experience of a company that can actually help them with a buying decision in an informative and entertaining way.</p>
<p>I find it humorous and a bit trite that the large corporations have caught on to the concept but not the spirit. They appear to be helpful and look edgy but their motive isn&#8217;t pure, it is still about feeding the monster. The frequency of the message conveyed is sneaky and untrustworthy.</p>
<p>When starting a marketing program the truth is paramount.  It should be at the core of every strategy. It is not about tricking the buyer to sale more products; it is about conveying the real benefits (inherent in the product and service) in a fun informative way, to a market that needs what you have.</p>
<p>So how do we do that? We have to build it in to the strategic planning process. After we gather all our objectives, customer surveys, competitive research, and consider our own position, we need to stare in to this molten stew of concepts and consider &#8220;what is the end result here?&#8221; Hopefully it goes something like (a happy customer who buys again and again and sings our praises to other like-minded customers).</p>
<p>Next we visualize this scenario throughout the planning process. As the strategy solidifies, we seek to create a truthful win-win message that matches our perceived customer’s positive experience, therefor delivering that experience.</p>
<p>Infusing a positive message into our customer experience is the new marketing frontier.</p>

How would you feel if  your ad run was wildly successful? What actions do you want the campaign to drive? and what results do you want to produce for your business?</p>
<p>It is about putting the correct vibes in place to attract potential customers. The key here is picturing a successful campaign ahead of time, getting excited about its potential response, and using that energy to develop an offer that is not only compelling but  is in the right place at the right time!</p>
<p>Use the law of attraction to guide you so your successful image of your ad campaign actually manifests itself. Be open to the process and use your intuition to gather the tools and resources around you to make it work.</p>
<p>You also want to prepare yourself to except the business. Make sure you are able to accomodate an increase in business, have enough stock on hand and/or the personnel to meet the demands.</p>
